How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to become active after shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.

Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Simply email us with your order number and clear photos of the item, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Can I return my jewelry?

Yes, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened or worn unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Are earring posts delicate?

Yes. Many fine jewelry earrings feature slender posts for comfort and elegance. If a post bends slightly, it can usually be gently straightened by hand. We recommend handling earrings with care when fastening or removing them.

Are natural pearls and stones identical?

No.

Natural pearls and stones may vary slightly in color, texture and shape.

These natural variations make every piece beautifully unique.

Are the product photos accurate?

We do our best to present every piece as accurately as possible.
